About FootZ

FootZ is an online football manager on footz.ru and in the official application. The user manages a virtual club, builds the squad, develops players, and takes part in matches, tournaments and available in-game operations.

The service is provided by sole proprietor Amachiev Lors Abusupyanovich, INN 771676347313, hereinafter — the Administration. A User is a person using FootZ. These terms govern the use of the service and interaction with the Administration.

Age and account

The service is intended for users aged sixteen and over. Users under eighteen act within the limits of their legal capacity. In cases where the law requires the consent of a legal representative for a transaction, such consent must be obtained in advance.

To create an account you need the club name, an email address accessible to the user, and a password. The user must provide a valid contact for communication, retain access to their email, and protect the password and verification codes. Passwords and one‑time codes must not be shared with third parties.

The club name and branding must not impersonate another person or organization, infringe others' rights, contain prohibited materials, or include personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.

Good‑faith participation

Interfering with the operation of the website or application, accessing other users' accounts, exploiting bugs to obtain unlawful advantage, circumventing restrictions, forging requests and payments, distributing malicious materials, and actions that violate the rights of other participants are prohibited.

If you find a bug that affects rewards, resource balances, or account access, you should report it to admin@footz.ru. Do not repeatedly reproduce the bug to gain an advantage.

Team, matches and virtual resources

The user independently decides on the lineup, tactics, development, and expenditure of in-game resources. Match results depend on the teams, players' actions, and events during the match. Participating in the game or purchasing resources does not guarantee a victory, a specific ranking position, or a particular sporting reward.

Coins, crystals, players, artifacts, and other in-game items are used within FootZ. They do not constitute a promise of monetary income. The service does not provide for converting in-game resources into real money. The possibility of transfer, gifting, or compensation is determined by the terms of the respective in-game item.

Packs with random contents

The contents of a pack may be determined randomly. Before opening, the user is shown the description, price, composition of possible rewards, selection method and any offer restrictions.

A specific card or other reward is guaranteed only when this is explicitly stated in the pack terms. Repeated openings do not by themselves create a promise of a desired or rare reward. If a choice is provided, it is made from the options obtained upon opening, within the quantity set for that pack.

Before confirming a selection or adding to the squad, the user checks the selected rewards, available slots and card restrictions. Packs and virtual items are not intended to yield monetary winnings.

Paid options

Registration itself does not create an obligation to pay for purchases. The price of a paid offer and its essential terms are shown before payment. The terms for placing orders, billing, error handling and refunds are set out in the FootZ public offer.

Payment obligations for a specific order are determined by its agreed terms. A new version of the general rules does not replace those terms retroactively. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

Materials and Characters

Game attributes, results, and events relate to the virtual world and are not statements about the professional qualities, actions, or reputation of real persons. For fictional characters, any unintended resemblance of names or appearance to real people is purely coincidental.

Direct historical, cultural, and sporting references do not imply participation in or endorsement of the project by the persons mentioned. The use of a name, image, or designation does not by itself confirm a partnership with its rights holder.

Rights to protected FootZ materials belong to the Administration or the respective rights holders. The user may use them within the scope of the provided game features. Use of the materials outside the service requires a separate legal basis.

Access and Use Restrictions

In the event of suspected violations, account compromise, or fraud, the Administration may restrict access to disputed operations during the review. Measures are taken with regard to the nature of the violation, its consequences, and applicable legal requirements.

The user may request clarification or dispute a restriction by contacting admin@footz.ru. For verification, indicate the club and the circumstances of the situation. Security information and other persons' personal data will not be disclosed beyond what is necessary.

Termination of use and data

The user may stop using FootZ and request account deletion by contacting admin@footz.ru. Fulfillment of the request may require confirmation of account ownership.

The history of shared matches, tournaments, and deals involves other participants and may be retained after account closure. Personal data in such history are processed only where there is a legal basis; if no such basis exists, they will be deleted or anonymized. The procedure for processing personal data is described in the FootZ Privacy Policy.

Service operation and liability

Internet access and a compatible device are required to use FootZ. If a technical problem occurs, save a description of the situation and contact support. Do not repeat a payment or any other significant action until the result of the previous operation is known.

The administration and the user are responsible to the extent permitted by applicable law. The absence of a guarantee of game results does not relieve obligations related to paid offers. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor do they limit the user's mandatory rights.

Complaints and claims are accepted at admin@footz.ru. Disputes are resolved in the manner provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, with compliance with mandatory rules on consumer protection.

Confirmations during registration

Before creating an account, the user separately indicates acceptance of the User Agreement, acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy, and confirms that they are at least 16 years old. The checkboxes are not pre-selected. The documents are available via links in the registration form.

Clicking the 'Create account' button with these checkboxes indicates acceptance of the displayed version of the agreement. FootZ stores the account identifier, the date and time of confirmation, the fact of age confirmation, and copies of the versions of the agreement and the policy. If the document changes before registration is completed, it is required to confirm the current version. These checkboxes do not constitute consent to advertising or optional processing of personal data.
