Questions about the game and technical issues
Write to admin@footz.ru and specify the club name, the page or action, the approximate time and a short description of the situation. If necessary, attach a screenshot without passwords, codes or extraneous personal data.
If the action involves payment or the consumption of resources, first check the result of the previous operation. Do not repeat it multiple times until the cause is clarified.
Account and access recovery
For questions about account ownership, access restrictions and account deletion, contact us from the email linked to the account if access to it is still available. Specify the club and the nature of your request. To protect against unauthorized actions, verification of account ownership may be required.
If you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery. Support will not ask for your current password or one-time banking codes.
Payments and Refunds
To verify a payment, provide the order number, date, amount, club name and the result you see in FootZ and from the payment service. You may attach proof of the transaction after redacting any unnecessary information.
Do not send the full card number, its security code, or your Internet banking password. Payment and refund requests are considered in light of the order circumstances and the time limits provided by law.
Personal Data
Requests to access, correct, block or delete personal data, as well as to withdraw consent, should be sent to admin@footz.ru. Specify the account and clearly state your request. A user’s representative must confirm the necessary authority.
Rights to Images and Other Materials
For issues concerning name, image, copyrights and designations, send a link to the material, a description of the right affected, and information allowing the request to be verified. Messages should be sent to the same address: admin@footz.ru.
How to get a response
Use a valid email address and check your spam folder. If there is insufficient information for review, support may request clarification. Legal requests are fulfilled within the timeframes established for them.
