The main paid offers are related to obtaining in-game crystals. The contents of a specific order, the quantity of resources and the final price are shown before payment.

The offer applies to the site footz.ru and the official application within the methods of purchase available in the respective interface. The service's age rating is 16+. A minor user makes purchases within their legal capacity and obtains the consent of a legal representative where required by law.

Checkout

The user selects an offer for their account and reviews its contents, quantity, price and terms. Payment for the placed order constitutes acceptance of the corresponding offer and the terms applicable to it. A purchase does not occur simply by opening a page or viewing an offer.

The payment amount is shown in rubles. Game coins and crystals are separate virtual resources and must not be confused with the amount charged to a bank card. Additional purchases require a separate action by the user. This offer does not provide for automatic subscription enrollment or authorization for recurring charges.

Payment and confirmation

The payment is processed on the secure page of the payment service ЮKassa. The user follows its instructions and provides the required information on the payment service’s side. FootZ does not request online banking passwords, card security codes or one-time bank codes in correspondence with support.

Credits are applied after receipt and verification of payment confirmation. Until confirmation, the order may remain pending. If statuses differ, do not pay again immediately: first check the result of the initial transaction.

Billing documents are provided in the manner required by law. The user provides a valid email address and retains the order number and payment confirmation.

Receipt and use of purchases

Purchased features are granted to the account for which the order was placed. After payment confirmation, the user checks the crediting in the FootZ interface. If the purchase is not provided or is credited incorrectly, you must contact admin@footz.ru with the order number, date, amount and the club name.

Purchasing in-game resources does not guarantee victory in a match, obtaining a prize position, or a specific card. Coins, crystals and items are intended for in-game use. They are not intended to be converted into real money.

Random packs

When spending resources on a pack, the user is informed of the description, cost, possible rewards, restrictions and the method of obtaining them. The result of a random opening is not guaranteed in advance, except for rewards explicitly promised in the offer terms.

Choosing from the players that appear means choosing from the options of that specific opening, not from all existing cards. Multiple consecutive openings do not create an additional guarantee of a specific reward, unless such a guarantee is explicitly provided by the offer. Obtained items are not a monetary prize and are not intended to be withdrawn as money.

Errors, refusals and refunds

The right to withdraw from the contract and to a refund is preserved in cases provided by law. This offer does not establish a general prohibition on refunds "under any circumstances".

Lawful claims are fulfilled within the time limits established for them. The use of purchased features is taken into account when reviewing a request, but by itself does not cancel the mandatory rights of the consumer. Restricting or deleting an account does not deprive the user of the right to make a payment claim.

Liability and contact

A technical malfunction does not cancel obligations under the agreed order. In the event of a confirmed error, restoration of provision, correction of charges and other remedies provided by law will be considered.

The terms of the offer apply insofar as they do not contradict mandatory legal requirements. Disputes are resolved under the legislation of the Russian Federation while preserving the consumer rights established by law to bring an action to court.
