Operator and scope of application

The personal data operator for FootZ users is individual entrepreneur Amachiev Lors Abusupyanovich, TIN 771676347313. Questions regarding the processing and protection of data, their clarification and deletion are accepted at admin@footz.ru.

This policy applies to the use of the website footz.ru, the official application, accounts, game features and communications to the operator. FootZ is intended for users aged sixteen and older.

Registration and account access

To create and maintain an account, the email, user identifier, club name, password hash, information about email confirmation and account status are processed. These data are required for registration, login, access recovery and necessary service messages.

Legal basis — conclusion and performance of the user agreement at the user's initiative. The processing period is tied to the existence of the account. After termination of the relationship, data are retained only if there is an independent legal basis. The password is stored as a verification hash, not in plaintext.

Providing game features

To manage a club and preserve progress, data about club setup, roster, tactics, participation in matches and tournaments, results, game statistics, rewards and operations with virtual resources are processed. Game data are linked to the user to the extent they are associated with their account.

Legal basis — performance of the user agreement. Data are used during the lifetime of the account. The history of competitions and transactions may be retained after account closure; personal information within it shall be deleted or anonymized if there is no basis for further processing.

Security

To protect accounts and the service, technical session identifiers, browser and device information, IP address, activity times, authorization events and service data for access verification are processed. The purposes are login verification, prevention of unauthorized access, detection of abuse and investigation of specific incidents.

Legal bases — ensuring performance of the user agreement and protecting the legitimate interests of the operator and participants while respecting their rights. Session data are used for the period the relevant function is in operation. Information about a specific incident is retained for the duration of its investigation and related rights-protection procedures to the extent necessary.

The validity period of a link, code, or access permission limits its usability. Such a validity period by itself does not constitute a basis for indefinite storage of data related to the user.

Payments

When a paid offer is placed, user and order identifiers are processed, together with information about the offer, the number of resources, the amount, the currency, the date, and the payment status. The email address may be used to provide billing documents. Purposes — order fulfillment, purchase confirmation, handling payment-related inquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.

Legal bases — performance of the contract and compliance with legal requirements. The payment is processed through ЮKassa in the manner specified on the payment page. Full card details and bank security codes are not intended to be transferred to FootZ support.

Data is retained until the corresponding obligations are fulfilled and any disputes related to the order are resolved. Documents subject to mandatory accounting retention requirements are kept for at least five years after the reporting year, or longer if required by law.

User inquiries

When contacting admin@footz.ru, the sender's contact details, account information, the message content and any provided materials are processed. They are needed to reply, resolve the issue, review a claim and protect the rights of the parties.

Legal grounds — performance of the user agreement, fulfillment of obligations required by law, and protection of the legitimate interests of the parties. Processing period — until completion of the inquiry review, fulfillment of related obligations and resolution of any resulting dispute. Excess data are not required for these purposes.

Public profile and general history

The club's name and branding, squad, results and game statistics may be displayed to other participants within the functions of FootZ. Email, password and secret access methods are not intended for the public profile.

For names and branding it is recommended to use in-game designations and pseudonyms. Do not post another person's personal data without a lawful basis. A user's own publication of information about themselves does not constitute a waiver of their rights. Requests to correct or delete personal data from public materials are handled by the operator.

Technical providers and AI

The service’s operation involves providers of hosting, resource delivery, mail, and payments. They are provided with the data necessary for the respective operations on an applicable lawful basis. Visual resources may be delivered via a CDN and Selectel object storage; payments are processed through ЮKassa.

The use of AI for illustrations and editorial materials does not imply the automatic transmission of user account data to neural network services. Passwords, login codes, and payment secrets are not intended for such tasks. The processing of other personal data in tasks for neural networks requires an independent lawful basis.

Protection and termination of processing

The operator limits access to personal data to what is necessary for official duties and takes organizational and technical protective measures considering the nature of the processing. Backups are intended for restoring operability and not for independent use of the data for other purposes.

Data shall not be retained longer than necessary for a lawful purpose. After the purpose is achieved, and absent grounds for continuing processing, the data shall be destroyed within the timeframes provided by law; in the absence of lawful exceptions — no later than thirty days from the date the purpose is achieved. Mandatory retention of payment documents and the protection of rights in relation to a specific dispute are considered separately.

User rights

The user has the right to request information about the processing of their data, to have it corrected, blocked or deleted where there are grounds, and to withdraw previously given consent. To do this, they must send a request to admin@footz.ru, preferably from the account’s email, indicating the club and the nature of the request.

To protect against third‑party requests, verification of account ownership or of a representative’s authority may be required. Withdrawal of consent does not stop processing that is based on another lawful ground. The user has the right to contact Roskomnadzor and to bring the matter before a court.

Service messages and separate consents

Email confirmations, access recovery messages and security notifications relate to account operation. They do not constitute consent to promotional mailings. Registration and use of FootZ do not by themselves substitute for a separate consent for purposes for which it is required by law.

The updated version of the policy is published on this page with the revision date. Changes to the policy text do not replace a separate expression of the user’s will where it is required.

Confirmations during registration

When creating an account, FootZ stores the user identifier, the date and time of acceptance of the User Agreement, the fact of having read the Privacy Policy and confirmation of being at least 16 years old. Versions and copies of the displayed documents are attached to the record. Date of birth and identity documents are not requested for these markers. No individual IP address or browser information is included in this record.

Purpose — confirmation of the conclusion of the User Agreement, acknowledgement of the service terms and compliance with the age restriction. Legal basis — conclusion and performance of the agreement at the user's initiative. The record is used for the duration of the account; after termination of the relationship, further storage is permitted only if there is an independent lawful basis.
